Are all products vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely 🐰✨. Every Boracay Skin product is vegan, cruelty-free, and made with love.
Do your products protect you from the sun?
Our oils are made to hydrate and shimmer, not to block UV rays. They don’t contain SPF, so we always recommend pairing them with your favourite sunscreen for safe, sun-kissed skin ☀️.
Can I use the oils on my face?
Yes! Thanks to our clean, natural ingredients, our oils can be used on the face as well as the body. If you prefer a non-shimmer option, the Natural Sun & Body Oil is a beautiful lightweight hydrator with all natural ingredients. For a radiant facial glow with extra skin benefits, we recommend our Hyaluronic Glow Serum, which deeply hydrates, smooths, and brightens delicate skin. 🌴✨
Help! Why is all the shimmer stuck at the bottom of my bottle?
Since we use natural mica minerals, some settling is completely normal. Just give your bottle a good shake before applying, and the shimmer will activate again ✨.
Is the Bronze Shimmering Body Oil a self-tanner?
Our Bronze Shimmering Body Oil isn’t a self-tanner 💛. It’s coconut oil infused with natural pearlescent minerals (mica), which give your skin an instant bronzed shimmer that washes off in the shower. Perfect for a beach day or a night out to make your tan pop. Always pair it with SPF if you’re heading into the sun.

Coconut oil is truly one of nature’s gifts 🌴. It hydrates and nourishes the skin while helping to soothe dryness and even skin imperfections like eczema and fine lines. That’s why this versatile ingredient is the foundation of Boracay Skin products, leaving your skin silky, soft, and glowing ✨.
How do I apply the Hyaluronic Glow Serum?
Use 2–3 drops on clean, dry skin (morning or night). Gently massage into your face, neck, and décolletage. The serum hydrates instantly and builds a natural, sun-kissed glow over time. For a deeper tan, simply apply a few extra drops until you reach your desired radiance ✨.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $40 🎉.
What are the shipping costs & delivery times?

What’s your return policy?
We want you to love your glow ✨. If you change your mind, we offer 14-day returns on unopened products. If something arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email us at hello@boracayskin.com within 14 days and we’ll sort it out right away. For all the details, see our Returns page.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay), plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. You can also checkout with PayPal, or choose flexible payment options like Afterpay, Klarna, and Zip. ✨
Can I use more than one discount code?
Our checkout only allows one discount code at a time. Pro tip: bundles are already discounted, so they’re often the best value and you can apply a discount code on top of bundles 💛
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly so you get your glow faster ✨. If you made a mistake, email us at hello@boracayskin.com ASAP and we’ll do our best to update it before it ships.
My tracking number isn’t updating, what should I do?
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update once your order has shipped. If it still isn’t moving after that, email us and we’ll check it out for you.
How does the $10 Gift Card milestone work?
We love rewarding our Boracay Beauties 💛
When your cart reaches the qualifying spend amount, you’ll automatically receive a $10 Boracay Skin gift card after your order is successfully paid.
The milestone is currently available on orders placed in:
• $100 AUD
• $115 NZD
The qualifying spend is calculated based on your product subtotal before discounts are applied and excludes gift card purchases.
Once your order is marked as paid, your $10 gift card will be emailed to you automatically.
Can I use a discount code and still qualify for the $10 gift card?
Yes! 🎉
If your cart reaches the qualifying product value, you’ll still receive the $10 gift card even if you use a discount code or apply a gift card at checkout.
The milestone is based on your product subtotal before discounts are applied.
Do gift card purchases count toward the milestone?
Gift card purchases themselves do not count toward the milestone threshold.
For example, purchasing a $100 gift card on its own will not trigger a $10 reward gift card.
