Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once items have been opened, for health and hygiene reasons. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@boracayskin.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.
Please note:
- We’re not responsible for parcels delayed or refused at customs due to unpaid duties/taxes.
- Refunds for approved cases may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
