Due to the nature of our goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to health regulations and no refunds will be issued.
We are not liable to refund in the event that there is non payment of local taxes and duties/customs fees to have your shipment clear customs.
If the product purchased is damaged in transit please email us within 7 days of your delivery date at email@example.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please include your name, order number and photo evidence of the damaged goods. We will replace your shipment or issue a refund.
No refunds will be issued for damaged goods after the 7 days of the delivery date. If any refund is issued for any reason, please allow 7 business days for your refund to be processed and completed.
