Change of Mind Returns
We offer 14-day change of mind returns on products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
To request a return, please contact us at hello@boracayskin.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
Please note that customers are responsible for return postage, and refunds are issued once the item has been received and assessed as unopened.
Opened Products
Due to the nature of our skincare products and strict hygiene standards, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been opened or used. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to us at hello@boracayskin.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.
