Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

For AU & NZ customers, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $40 AUD.

If something arrives damaged, missing, or not what you ordered, our team is here to help. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll quickly sort it with a replacement or solution per our Returns Policy.
